Object<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1408\">Midras markets cosmetic products, including <strong data-start=\"1191\" data-end=\"1286\">Face and neck creams, wrinkle treatment serums, and skin care products<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1290\" \/>These conditions regulate the sale and delivery of these products in Italy via the Site <strong data-start=\"1390\" data-end=\"1407\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.midras.it\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1392\" data-end=\"1405\">www.midras.it<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1410\" data-end=\"1413\" \/><h4 data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1449\"><strong data-start=\"1418\" data-end=\"1449\">3. Registration and purchase<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"1450\" data-end=\"1740\">To make purchases, the Customer can proceed as a guest, without needing to register.<br data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1558\" \/>It is the Customer&#039;s responsibility to provide truthful and up-to-date information.<br data-start=\"1623\" data-end=\"1626\" \/>The Seller is not responsible for any delivery errors due to incorrect information provided by the Customer.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1745\" \/><h4 data-start=\"1747\" data-end=\"1763\"><strong data-start=\"1750\" data-end=\"1763\">4. Prices<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"1764\" data-end=\"2001\">All product prices indicated on the Site are expressed in <strong data-start=\"1827\" data-end=\"1839\">euro (\u20ac)<\/strong> e <strong data-start=\"1842\" data-end=\"1869\">include current VAT<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1870\" data-end=\"1873\" \/>Shipping costs (in ITALY) are included in the price of the products.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2003\" data-end=\"2006\" \/><h4 data-start=\"2008\" data-end=\"2039\"><strong data-start=\"2011\" data-end=\"2039\">5. Payment methods<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"2040\" data-end=\"2086\">Midras accepts the following payment methods:<\/p><p data-start=\"2090\" data-end=\"2144\">\u00a0<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"2090\" data-end=\"2144\"><strong data-start=\"2090\" data-end=\"2117\">Credit\/debit card<\/strong> (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)<\/li><li data-start=\"2088\" data-end=\"2144\"><strong>Stripe<\/strong><\/li><li data-start=\"2088\" data-end=\"2144\"><strong data-start=\"2147\" data-end=\"2157\">PayPal<\/strong><\/li><li data-start=\"2088\" data-end=\"2144\"><strong data-start=\"2162\" data-end=\"2194\">Advance bank transfer<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2257\" data-end=\"2373\">In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed only after the payment has actually been credited to the Seller&#039;s account.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2375\" data-end=\"2378\" \/><h4 data-start=\"2380\" data-end=\"2411\"><strong data-start=\"2383\" data-end=\"2411\">6. Shipping and delivery<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"2412\" data-end=\"2592\">Shipments are made via <strong data-start=\"2453\" data-end=\"2474\">express courier<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"2475\" data-end=\"2478\" \/>Average delivery times vary from <strong data-start=\"2514\" data-end=\"2542\">3 to 10 business days<\/strong>,<\/p><p data-start=\"2412\" data-end=\"2592\">except in cases of force majeure or holidays.<\/p><p data-start=\"2594\" data-end=\"2770\">The <strong data-start=\"2597\" data-end=\"2623\">shipping cost<\/strong> varies depending on the destination and weight of the order, from <strong data-start=\"2682\" data-end=\"2694\">\u20ac5 to \u20ac15<\/strong>, and it is <strong data-start=\"2701\" data-end=\"2725\">at the customer&#039;s expense<\/strong>, unless otherwise indicated on the Site.<\/p><p data-start=\"2772\" data-end=\"2846\">Midras is not responsible for delays or disruptions attributable to the courier.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2848\" data-end=\"2851\" \/><h4 data-start=\"2853\" data-end=\"2889\"><strong data-start=\"2856\" data-end=\"2889\">7. Product availability<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"2890\" data-end=\"3064\">All products offered on the Site are generally available.<br data-start=\"2954\" data-end=\"2957\" \/>In the event of unavailability, even temporary, the Customer will be informed via email and will be able to choose between:<\/p><p data-start=\"3067\" data-end=\"3104\">\u00a0<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"3067\" data-end=\"3104\">waiting for the new availability,<\/li><li data-start=\"3067\" data-end=\"3104\">replacement with another product,<\/li><li data-start=\"3067\" data-end=\"3104\">or a full refund of the amount paid.<\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"3194\" data-end=\"3197\" \/><h4 data-start=\"3199\" data-end=\"3247\"><strong data-start=\"3202\" data-end=\"3247\">8. Right of withdrawal and return of products<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"3248\" data-end=\"3462\">Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206\/2005), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within <strong data-start=\"3366\" data-end=\"3390\">14 working days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the products, <strong data-start=\"3429\" data-end=\"3461\">without obligation to provide reasons<\/strong>.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"3464\" data-end=\"3492\"><strong data-start=\"3468\" data-end=\"3492\">Withdrawal procedure:<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"3493\" data-end=\"3693\">The Customer must send a written request for withdrawal to <strong data-start=\"3552\" data-end=\"3570\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3554\" data-end=\"3568\">info@midras.it<\/a><\/strong>, indicating the order number and the products you wish to return.<br data-start=\"3637\" data-end=\"3640\" \/>Midras will communicate the return instructions.<\/p><p data-start=\"3695\" data-end=\"3905\">Le <strong data-start=\"3698\" data-end=\"3759\">Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"3760\" data-end=\"3763\" \/>The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method used for the purchase.<\/p><p data-start=\"3907\" data-end=\"4062\">\u26a0\ufe0f <strong data-start=\"3910\" data-end=\"3924\">Exceptions:<\/strong><br data-start=\"3924\" data-end=\"3927\" \/>For health and hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return products <strong data-start=\"3993\" data-end=\"4061\">already opened, used or without original sealed packaging<\/strong>.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4064\" data-end=\"4067\" \/><h4 data-start=\"4069\" data-end=\"4087\"><strong data-start=\"4072\" data-end=\"4087\">9. Warranties<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"4088\" data-end=\"4494\">The cosmetic products offered by Midras are not subject to a conventional guarantee, as they are non-durable consumer goods.<br data-start=\"4215\" data-end=\"4218\" \/>Any obvious defects must be reported within <strong data-start=\"4277\" data-end=\"4305\">7 days from receipt<\/strong> of the product to <strong data-start=\"4321\" data-end=\"4339\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"4323\" data-end=\"4337\">info@midras.it<\/a><\/strong>, attaching photos and a description of the problem.<br data-start=\"4383\" data-end=\"4386\" \/>Midras will evaluate the case and may, at its discretion, arrange for the replacement or refund of the product.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4496\" data-end=\"4499\" \/><h4 data-start=\"4501\" data-end=\"4526\"><strong data-start=\"4504\" data-end=\"4526\">10. Responsibility<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"4527\" data-end=\"4560\">Midras will not be responsible for:<\/p><p data-start=\"4563\" data-end=\"4631\">\u00a0<\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"4563\" data-end=\"4631\">any damage resulting from improper use of cosmetic products;<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"4563\" data-end=\"4631\">skin or allergic reactions due to ingredients in the products;<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"4563\" data-end=\"4631\">interruptions or malfunctions of the Site;<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"4563\" data-end=\"4631\">delays or impossibility of delivery due to force majeure.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4824\" data-end=\"4932\">The Customer is advised to read the following carefully: <strong data-start=\"4876\" data-end=\"4903\">list of ingredients<\/strong> before using the products.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4934\" data-end=\"4937\" \/><h4 data-start=\"4939\" data-end=\"4979\"><strong data-start=\"4942\" data-end=\"4979\">11.
