RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at midras.it, you can return the products within 14 days from delivery, as provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without having to provide a reason, within 14 working days from the date you received the products.

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumer customers (natural persons) who purchase for purposes not related to their professional activity.

2. How to request a return

To request a return, simply send an email to support@midras.it indicating:

• the order number,
• the name and surname used for the purchase,
• the products you wish to return, and, if possible, the reason for the return (optional but useful for us).

We will reply to you within 1–2 business days with the return instructions.

3. Return conditions

• To be accepted, the product must:
• to be intact, not open e unused;
• be returned to the its original sealed packaging;
• be shipped within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal.
• Returns of products will not be accepted:
• without the original packaging,
• opened or used,
• damaged or tampered with.

4. Return shipping costs

Le Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a traceable courier to avoid loss or delays in delivery of your return package.

5. Refund

Once we have received and verified the returned product, we will proceed with the refund within 14 working days using the same payment method chosen for the order.

In case of payment on delivery, you will be asked for a IBAN for the refund to be credited.

⚠️ Original shipping costs (from €5 to €15) are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or incorrect products

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact support immediately.@midras.it within 7 days from receipt, attaching a product photo and packaging.
We will quickly take care of the replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Management times

• Response to return request: within 2 working days
• Receipt and verification of the return: within 5–10 working days
• Refund: within 14 days from receipt of the return

The return address will be communicated via email upon confirmation of the return.
